We compiled a list of our guests’s most frequently asked questions, so that hopefully it will answer yours too!


Where are you located?


Mountain Modern Motel is conveniently located three blocks from town square. Drive time to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a brief 20 minutes, and the airport is just 15 minutes away.


Do you have a shuttle?


We do not have a dedicated shuttle, however we do have a bus stop on property that conveniently runs every 30 minutes to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as well as throughout the town of Jackson.


Do you have a swimming pool? Hot tub?


Yes, however as we build our new hot tub, our indoor pool will be closed from October 8 – December 8, 2018. When we reopen, we’ll have a heated  indoor pool PLUS a brand new hot tub!


When is check in?


Our guaranteed check in time is at 4:00pm.


Can I check in earlier and is there a fee?


We are always happy to check you in earlier than 4:00pm if we have a room that is available, we do not charge fees for early check-in.


When is check out, can I have a late check out and does it cost?


Check out is at 11:00am, we allow a late check out of Noon pending availability at no charge. Any checkouts later than Noon are subject to fees.


Do you have on-site parking?


Yes, however as with all businesses in the town of Jackson parking is tight. Typically we have enough spots for all our guests however we cannot guarantee a spot near your room.


Do you have additional parking spots if all the parking spots are full?


We do have an overflow lot that is next door, this is available after 9PM. Our staff is more than happy to point out where this lot is should you have a need.


Do you have on-site laundry?


Yes we have coin operated laundry machines for our guests to use at their convenience.


Do you allow pets? and how much is the fee?


We do have a handful of pet friendly rooms on property. There is a onetime $40 cleaning fee and we limit one dog per room. Please call us directly to book these rooms as they are based on availability.


What is your cancellation policy?


Our cancelation window is always 72hrs, however during our peak months of June through October we take the full deposit at the time of booking. During the rest of the year we only require the first night’s room and tax at the time of booking. Any cancellations made inside the 72hr window and you will forfeit the entire deposit, cancelations outside the 72hr window are charged a flat $25 processing fee.


Do you have smoking rooms?


We do not allow smoking in any of our rooms.


Is there a restaurant on-site?


We do feature a café in our lobby that offers specialty coffee drinks and a grab and go friendly menu. This winter season, enjoy complimentary hot, grab-n-go breakfast each morning of your stay (breakfast is not included in the room rate outside of winter season).
