Taste of Jackson Hole offers guests an exclusive chance to taste a diverse range of signature dishes prepared by the best of Jackson Hole’s culinary community.
Arrive via Bridger Gondola, take in Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s stunning views from the top of the mountain, and taste mouthwatering bites from the finest local restaurants, paired with a curated selection of beer, wine and spirits. Join us for one of Jackson’s most anticipated summer events!

NOBU NEW YORK + VINEYARDS BRANDS
Join a rare and intimate culinary experience at the iconic WRJ Headquarters at Stags Landing, Jackson Hole. Hosted by WRJ founders Rush Jenkins and Klaus Baer in partnership with Zions Bank, this evening welcomes just 40 guests to an extraordinary wine dinner.
Savor the world-renowned flavors of Nobu New York, led by Chef Matt Hoyle, in a multi-course menu blending Japanese-Peruvian fusion with pristine seafood, bold yet elegant flavors, and meticulous artistry. Each course will be expertly paired by Jason Sorrell of Vineyard Brands, highlighting exceptional wines that elevate and harmonize with the cuisine.
Adding to the evening’s distinction, Nobu founder Drew Nieporent will also be present, offering a rare opportunity to connect with the vision behind one of the world’s most influential restaurant groups.

CHEF GAVIN KAYSEN + HIRSCH VINEYARDS
For one night only, just 40 guests will gather at the spectacular Teton home of Nancy & Rolf Engh for an intimate culinary experience featuring two-time James Beard Award–winning chef Gavin Kaysen of Spoon and Stable.
Against a backdrop of sweeping mountain views, Chef Kaysen will create an elegant multi-course dinner showcasing his signature style — refined French technique paired with the vibrant spirit of seasonal American ingredients.
Each course will be accompanied by exceptional wines from the iconic Hirsch Vineyards, one of the Sonoma Coast’s most revered producers, known for its beautifully expressive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

CHEF JONATHAN WAXMAN + WALTER SCOTT WINES
Set at the breathtaking Snake River Sporting Club, enjoy an unforgettable evening with legendary chef Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto.
A pioneer of California cuisine and one of America’s most influential chefs, Waxman is celebrated for his vibrant, ingredient-driven cooking that blends French technique with the rustic flavors of the Italian countryside.
For this special dinner, he will present a seasonal multi-course menu showcasing his signature style of simple, beautiful dishes built around exceptional ingredients.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Walter Scott Wines, the acclaimed Willamette Valley producer known for its elegant, terroir-driven Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Winemaker Ken Pahrow and founder Erica Landon will be in attendance to share insights about the wines and the pairings as each course is served.

Raise your glass with a selection of crisp wines, refreshing beers, and craft cocktails as you mingle with fellow food and wine enthusiasts. Jackson Hole’s favorite Bluegrass band, One Ton Pig, will fill the air setting the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable gathering.
Adding a touch of classic Western style, Sing Hat Company will offer handcrafted custom hats, while the Zwilling Airstream will showcase premium kitchenware from Zwilling and Staub.
